Nuna ties the RAVA to a 10-year useful life — the RAVA convertible car seat, as stated in the RAVA user manual (the same sentence in three revisions: IM_001397A, 372d and cc4c; the 372d revision capitalises "Child Restraint".

Do not use child restraint if it is more than 10 years old. Check the manufacturer´s label or stamped ‘do not use after’ date on the bottom of the child restraint base.

Read your label against the formula

Find the date of manufacture on the seat's label, then add 10 years — the same month. As Nuna applies it:
