Nuna PIPA urbn — expiration

Nuna doesn't tie the PIPA urbn to a single figure on a page we can cite , and its stated useful life depends on the seat: 10 years for the RAVA convertible car seat, as stated in the RAVA user manual (the same sentence in three revisions: IM_001397A, 372d and cc4c; the 372d revision capitalises "Child Restraint" · 10 years for the EXEC all-in-one car seat, as stated in the EXEC user manua · 10 years for the AACE booster seat, as stated in the AACE user manua. The stamp on your seat settles it — the moulded statement beginning "Do not use this child restraint after…" or the manual's own line.

Nuna states a 10-year limit one manual at a time, not once for the brand: the sentence appears in the RAVA, EXEC and AACE manuals and in no other Nuna source. No Nuna source states a number of years for the PIPA infant carriers — every PIPA manual, and the PIPA urbn manual, tells the reader to check the label on the seat for its expiration date instead. The PIPA seats are listed here without a years figure, and the date on the seat is what governs them. Nuna publishes no consumer page carrying a duration either: the Car Seat Headquarters page says car seats have expiration dates but names no period, and no US help-center article states one. Figures for the PIPA carriers do circulate on retailer and blog pages; none of them trace to a Nuna source, so this site does not carry them.
