Graco ties the 4Ever DLX to a 10-year useful life — seats whose own Graco instruction manual states this figure under "Car Seat's Useful Life" — the Extend2Fit Convertible (PD348857C), the 4Ever DLX (NWL0001677298C) and the SlimFit (NWL0001647913B.
STOP using this car seat and throw it away 10 years after the date of manufacture. Look for this sticker on back of the car seat.

Read your label against the formula
Find the date of manufacture on the seat's label, then add 10 years — the same month. As Graco applies it:
