On the manufacturing label on the BACK of the seat. Wording varies slightly by model: the Radian® 3R® and Radian® 3RXT® articles say the label "is located on the back of the seat"; the SafePlus™ variants (3R® SafePlus™, 3RXT® SafePlus™, 3QX SafePlus™, 3QXT® FirstClass™ SafePlus™) say "on the back of the seat or seat bottom"; the Radian® 3RXT® SafePlus™ Max says "on the backside of the seat." Most articles add that you may need to move the cover to reach it. The label carries the manufacture date, model number, model name, and serial number.
